Elvia Menendez
Principal/Sales
Elvia graduated from Cal State University, Los Angeles with a B.S., B.A. in 1996. She started her career in produce at SC Distributing from 1995 to 2001 before going on to found Consolidated West in 2001. Elvia enjoys traveling as well as spending quality time with her son Harrison, and the rest of her close family and friends.
Tod Kanegae
Sales
Tod graduated from Tufts University and spent time in education and the golf industry before following his grandfather’s footsteps into produce and joining the Consolidated team in 2007. An avid Laker fan, the majority of his off time is spent with his family.
George Menendez
Sales
George has been with the company for over 20 years. He truly enjoys the produce life and is passionate about his work. He enjoys watching LA sports teams and restoring classic BMWs in his free time.
Andrew Holzinger
Sales
Andrew joined the Consolidated West team in 2008. Before joining, he was a golf professional. On his off time, he still enjoys golfing, spending time at home with his wife and dogs, Abby and Ollie, and cooking.
Will Menendez
Logistics
Will joined Consolidated West in 2016. Having been around produce from an early age and watching his father, he is a valuable member of the team.
Accounting
Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer is an experienced veteran of the produce industry, having worked with fruit and vegetable distributors for 20 years. Married with two kids, she loves to travel and go on fun adventures with her family.
Meme Menendez
Meme joined Consolidated West after a successful twenty-year career in the auto finance industry. She has been with the company for two years now and remains excited about this new journey into the evolving world of produce.
