Elvia Menendez
Principal/Sales
Elvia graduated from Cal State University, Los Angeles with a B.S., B.A. in 1996. She started her career in produce at SC Distributing from 1995 to 2001 before going on to found Consolidated West in 2001. Elvia enjoys traveling as well as spending quality time with her son Harrison, and the rest of her close family and friends.
Tod Kanegae
Sales
Tod graduated from Tufts University and spent time in education and the golf industry before following his grandfather’s footsteps into produce and joining the Consolidated team in 2007. An avid Laker fan, the majority of his off time is spent with his family.
George Menendez
Sales
George has been with the company for over 20 years. He enjoys watching LA sports teams and working on vintage BMWs in his spare time.
Andrew Holzinger
Sales
Andrew joined the Consolidated West team in 2008. Prior to joining, he was a golf professional at Riviera country club in Pacific Palisades. When he's not selling apples, pears and cherries, he enjoys golfing, hiking and working out.
Will Menendez
Logistics
Will joined Consolidated West in 2016. Having been around produce from an early age and watching his father, he is a valuable member of the team.
Jennifer Lopez
Accounting
Jennifer is an experienced veteran of the produce industry, having worked with fruit and vegetable distributors for 20 years. Married with two kids, she loves to travel and go on fun adventures with her family.
Meme Menendez
Accounting
Meme came to Consolidated West after a successful career spanning two decades in the auto finance industry. She has been with the company for two years now and continues to be excited about this new journey into the evolving world of produce.
